You CAN Change
Changing yourself is a challenge.
It takes us up to six months to integrate a new behaviour and make it a habit.
Conscious effort, disciple and practice are necessary and sometime our old patterns of behaviour, feeling and thinking can sabotage us back
into old negative ways.
There are some skills involved in successful change;
· Develop your awareness of your negative patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour – use a journal
· Learn to listen to your needs and feelings – and find ways to satisfy these through self care
· Work with ‘what is’ in your self and your reality and do not deny pain and discomfort; recognise the triggers for your
discomfort
· Learn Meridian Tapping to clear painful memories that trigger your old patterns – the change toward healing will then arise
from the inside out
· Allow yourself to be inspired and uplifted by others – read books that stimulate and challenge you
· Slow down and allow yourself to truly experience your life – meditate, be and allow awareness of yourself and others to
